Max Fuchs has practiced law since 2007.

He has extensive immigration law experience, with a particular focus on business immigration and visas requiring extraordinary or exceptional ability (EB-1, O-1, and NIW). He has a Juris Doctorate from Seton Hall University School of Law and a BA from Boston University. He was born in Odessa, Ukraine (still USSR at the time) and came to the US as a refugee with his parents and older brother in 1991.
